Our expectations of suppliers and partners
Clear requirements and shared objectives are essential for successful collaboration with the companies of the KAISER GROUP:
- Reliable quality and transparent processes: We expect our suppliers and partners to deliver traceable, error-free and quality-assured services at all times. Our internal processes are designed so that interfaces are clearly defined and work results are documented in a traceable manner. These principles also apply to our partners.
- Continuous improvement and measurable targets: We are characterised by constant development – in both our products and our processes. We therefore work with our suppliers and partners to set specific targets in order to minimise risks, capitalise on opportunities and continuously optimise our process and product quality.
- Sustainability and energy efficiency: For us, sustainable business practices are a natural part of corporate responsibility. When selecting materials and services, and also in our project business, we ensure that processes conserve resources and that energy is used efficiently. We expect our suppliers and partners to offer energy-efficient products and to contribute to improving energy performance through their own measures.
- Compliance with legal and internal company standards: All applicable legal, regulatory and company-specific requirements – particularly with regard to environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and energy use and efficiency – must be strictly adhered to by our partners.
- Responsible procurement and integrity: Ethical and moral principles, social responsibility and environmental sustainability are of the utmost importance to the KAISER GROUP. We expect our suppliers and partners to act responsibly throughout their entire supply chain. This includes fair working conditions, environmental awareness and adherence to compliance guidelines.
