Installation without lubrication with the fire resistant bushings for cables and pipes

It was always quite a mess to seal cable and pipe ducts fire resistant. But not anymore.

It has always been quite a mess to fireproof cables and pipes. But not anymore. Attema has a practical solution. Cable and pipe penetrations that allow the installer himself to make his work fire-resistant quickly and reliably. It's clean and economical.

Efficient work with a real profit margin
It is very important for the contractor, the processor and the installer that all (construction) work is carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible. The quality delivered must of course remain at the same level. In this way, they can calculate an interesting price for their customer and at the same time benefit from a real profit margin.

A practical, cost-effective solution
Often an applicator is used to seal the throughput of plants fireproof. Even with small changes in the cable assignment.  This takes a lot of time and is unnecessarily expensive. Attema offers a cost effective, practical solution: fire resistant grommets for cables and pipes. From now on the installer simply seals the hole around the pipe himself.

Fire resistant ducts: quick and easy to use
Attema's refractory bushings are ready-made flanges: one for cables and one for pipes. As they have an open insert, the installer can insert them very quickly and easily at any time during the installation process. Even when the pipes are already in the wall. Because of this simple and flexible installation method, failure costs are low. As a result, the installer and the fabricator can work more efficiently, the contractor can make a more favourable offer and all parties achieve a better competitive position.

Compliance with the building regulations
Installation is possible in solid walls and metal stud walls with double plasterboard up to a fire resistance of EI90.
The penetrations meet the requirements of the building regulations and have been thoroughly tested and classified by Efectis according to EN 13501-2. With these fire-resistant penetrations it is now very easy to seal even the smaller openings.
