Copyright notice – Use of KAISER images, text and other data material

Documents and files (including, in particular, images, text, audio, video, drawings, 3D data and the like) that are available in any form via data networks are subject without restriction to the German Copyright Act (UrhG).

In particular, the following applies: Individual digital or analogue reproductions, such as copies or printouts, may only be made for private or other personal use. Individual reproductions of a work for private use on any medium are therefore permitted, provided that they do not serve, either directly or indirectly, commercial purposes (Section 53 UrhG). The production and distribution of further reproductions is permitted only with the express authorisation of the copyright holder. The content published on this website (texts, photographs, drawings, documents, films, 3D data, etc.) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, processed, edited, altered, duplicated or distributed without the written permission of the copyright holders. Only the storage and use of the content provided for private purposes is exempt from this.

The following applies with regard to usage and copyright for documents and files that we make available to you on request by post or electronically (e.g. by email or download):

In the event of such revocation, you undertake to return all documents and files provided and/or used (texts, photographs, drawings, documents, films, 3D data, etc.) as well as any reproductions, copies, backups or similar items produced, to return them immediately or, in consultation with us, to destroy them in a verifiably irreversible manner and remove them from the media or context in which they were used.
All image, text or other data material may only be used for your own private purposes without our express prior written consent (by post or electronically via email). Such use must not serve commercial purposes, either directly or indirectly (Section 53 of the German Copyright Act (UrhG)).
Whenever you use our images, text or other data material, you undertake to credit the copyright holder (e.g. ‘Image: KAISER GmbH & Co. KG’).
By using our images, text or other data material, you undertake to provide us, unsolicited, immediately and free of charge, with proof of such use. This may be provided in electronic form (e.g. PDF, link/URL, email, download, etc.) or by post (specimen copy of printed material, data storage medium, etc.).
You are personally responsible for complying with copyright regulations and may be held liable in the event of non-compliance or misuse. Should you have any questions regarding the use of our images, text or other data material, please contact us before the intended use, stating your full address and the intended purpose, in order to obtain our written authorisation (by post or electronically via email) for such use.
