For our product development department, we are looking for a:


Project manager product development 

As a project manager, you are responsible for project coordination of all ongoing development projects. Your task is to ensure that these projects are realised on time and within the agreed budget. These development projects concern new developments or product adjustments within our existing product range.


What will you do?
- Project management from the concept phase to product release;
- Drawing up project schedules;
- Participating in the preparation of calculations and investments;
- Continuous monitoring of project specifications with regard to deadlines, costs and quality;
- Preparation of project documents
- Preparing project presentation

Who are we looking for?
- Completed HBO education and affinity with engineering
- Several years of project management experience
- Excellent coordination and planning skills
- Knowledge of plastics is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Good command of Dutch and English in word and writing. Preferably also command of German or, if necessary, willingness to master it.
- In connection with occasional travel within the Kaiser Group, possession of a B driving licence is mandatory.

For our productmanagement department, we are looking for a Product Manager, who converts market opportunities into new product ideas for the electrical installation sector. Do you have at least a completed Bachelor's degree and affinity with (electro-)technology? Then this is your job!

What does a Product Manager do?

As a Product Manager, you research market developments, identify trends and identify specific market needs of users and (indirect) customers. To do so, you visit clients, contractors, installers, fairs, conferences and projects in electrical engineering. You convert market opportunities into new product ideas and strategies and identify points of improvement for existing products. 

In cooperation with the Product Development department, you translate your ideas into concrete products with added value for the customer. The decision to develop a new product or solution will be made on the basis of the investment proposal written by you with a commercial foundation. After approval of the investment proposal, you will manage the entire project as a pivot in the organisation and you will be responsible until the product introduction. In short, a Product Manager is a very independent position that requires an entrepreneurial spirit in which a lot of freedom for own initiative, input and ideas is offered.

Who are we looking for?

You have at least a completed Bachelor's degree with several years of work experience and a clear affinity with (electro-)technology. You are proactive, creative and solution-oriented, able to enthuse people and able to successfully lead a project from idea to market introduction. In addition, you are fluent in English and German and have good communication skills at various levels, such as board members, project leaders, mechanics and engineers. You are in possession of a driving licence B.

  • Privacy policy for applications

    We are pleased that you would like to apply for a job with us. In the following we explain how we process your personal data in the context of an application. In addition, we provide further relevant information in this context.

    1.  Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
      The Kaiser GmbH & Co. KG, Ramsloh 4, 58579 Schalksmühle, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "we") is the responsible party within the meaning of the EU Data Protection Regulation ("DSGVO"). 
    2. Data protection officer
      For all questions relating to the processing of your personal data and the exercise of your rights under the DSGVO, you can consult our data protection officer, who can be contacted at [email protected]. 

    3. For what purposes and on what legal basis do we process personal data?
      We process personal data about you for the purpose of your application for an employment relationship, insofar as this is necessary for the decision to establish an employment relationship with us. The legal basis for this is § 26 para. 1 i. V. m. Abs. 8 S. 2 BDSG. Furthermore, we may process personal data about you to the extent that this is necessary to defend against legal claims asserted against us in the application process. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1, letter f DSGVO, the legitimate interest is, for example, a duty of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). In the event of an employment relationship between you and us, we may, pursuant to Section 26 (1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), further process the personal data already received from you for the purposes of the employment relationship if this is necessary for the implementation or termination of the employment relationship or for exercising or fulfilling the rights and duties of employee representation arising from a law or a collective bargaining agreement, a works or service agreement (collective agreement). 

    4. What categories of personal data do we process?
      We process data that are related to your application. This can be general data about you (such as your name, address and contact details), information about your professional qualifications and schooling or information about further vocational training or other information you provide us with in connection with your application. In addition, we may process job-related information that you have made publicly available, such as a profile on professional social media networks. 

    5. From which sources does personal data originate if we do not collect it from you?
      As far as we do not collect the data directly from you and you disclose an inactive or only partially active profile during the application process, we reserve the right to collect your personal data also via search engines and social networks. 

    6. What categories of recipient data are there?
      We may transfer your personal data to companies affiliated with us, as far as this is permitted within the scope of the purposes and legal basis described in section 3. Otherwise, personal data is processed on our behalf on the basis of contracts pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO. 

    7. Is the transfer to a third country intended?
      As part of our processing of your application, it may be transferred to our subsidiary, AGRO AG, in Switzerland. 

    8. How long will your data be stored?
      We store your personal data for as long as is necessary to decide on your application. If an employment relationship between you and us does not materialize, we may also continue to store data to the extent necessary to defend against possible legal claims. In this case, the application documents will be deleted six months after the rejection decision has been announced, unless longer storage is necessary due to legal disputes. 

    9. What rights do you have?
      As an applicant with us, you have the following data protection rights, depending on the situation in each individual case. To exercise these rights, you can contact us or our data protection officer at any time using the data specified in points 1 and 2:
      a. Information
      You have the right to obtain information about your personal data processed by us and to request access to your personal data and/or copies of this data. This includes information about the purpose of use, the category of data used, its recipients and authorised users, and, if possible, the planned duration of data storage or, if this is not possible, the criteria for determining this duration;
      b. Rectification, erasure or restriction of processing
      You have the right to request that we rectify any inaccurate personal data concerning you without delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by means of a supplementary statement.
      c. Right to object
      Insofar as the processing of personal data concerning you is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of this data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer process this personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. d. Right of withdrawal
      If the processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent until withdrawal. To do so, you can contact us or our data protection officer at any time using the above contact details.
      e. Right to erasure
      You have the right to request that we erase personal data concerning you without undue delay, and we are obliged to erase personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons applies: The personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed. You object to the processing in accordance with point 9.c above and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing. The personal data has been processed unlawfully. The erasure of the personal data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation under Union law or the law of the Member States to which we are subject. This does not apply if the processing is necessary: to fulfil a legal obligation which requires processing under European Union or Member State law to which we are subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
      f. Right to restriction of processing
      You have the right to request that we restrict processing if one of the following conditions is met: the accuracy of the personal data is contested by you, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of its use instead; we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or you have objected to the processing in accordance with point 9.c above, as long as it is not yet clear whether our legitimate reasons outweigh yours. If processing has been restricted in accordance with this letter f, this personal data may – apart from its storage – only be processed with your consent or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or a Member State. If you have obtained a restriction on processing, we will inform you before the restriction is lifted.
      g. Right to lodge a complaint
      Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR.     10. Necessity of providing personal data
      The provision of personal data is neither required by law nor contractually stipulated, nor are you obliged to provide personal data. However, the provision of personal data is necessary for the conclusion of an employment contract with us. This means that if you do not provide us with personal data in your application, we will not enter into an employment relationship with you.
