As a participant in a society that is constantly changing, ATTEMA naturally takes its social responsibility. In everything we do, we take into account everyone who is affected by our actions in one way or another. Not only to customers, shareholders and the environment, but also to employees, suppliers, local residents and other stakeholders. Sustainable entrepreneurship means ensuring that future generations are not adversely affected by these activities. With the right balance between people, planet and profit, the earth with all its energy sources and raw materials can be passed on in good condition to the next generation.

At ATTEMA, corporate social responsibility and sustainability are increasingly embedded in our daily practice. We focus on a wide range of solutions to minimize the impact on the environment, both within our company and in the products supplied and used by our customers. We are constantly looking for new ways to make our business processes even more energy efficient and protect the environment as much as possible. Where possible, we ensure that residual and waste materials are fully recycled. We continuously take measures to reduce our CO2 emissions. Society

We also focus on the social aspects of corporate social responsibility, such as ethical and integrity management, employee rights and working conditions. We have an internal code of conduct for this. As part of our supply chain responsibility, we are discussing these issues with our suppliers. We regularly use social employment in our area for assembly and packaging work. We do this not only because it allows us to respond flexibly, quickly and cost-efficiently to the needs of our customers. But certainly also because of our social involvement. A society that only benefits from the fact that everyone participates and no one has to be on their side. And of course that's not all.

Sustainable innovation

When developing new products, ATTEMA strives to spare the environment as much as possible. We are increasingly focusing our offering on sustainable construction and building sustainable facilities. In this way, ATTEMA's plug-in products and systems fit into the concept of electrical installations that can be adapted directly or with little adjustment to the wishes and needs of current and future building users. We are able to respond quickly and flexibly to customized solutions for customers, prefab solutions and chain collaborations. When installing our products, this results in advantages in terms of materials, logistics and personnel. In addition, this also significantly reduces downtime costs.
