As part of a society that is constantly evolving, ATTEMA takes its social responsibility seriously. In everything we do, we take into account the people and parties who may be affected by our activities. This includes not only customers, shareholders and the environment, but also employees, suppliers, local residents and other stakeholders. Our mission is to balance entrepreneurship with responsibility for people, the environment and natural resources. In doing so, we strive for a careful balance between people, planet and profit. We aim to reduce our impact step by step and make responsible choices with the long term in mind, thereby contributing to the preservation of natural resources for future generations.

Sustainability

At ATTEMA, corporate social responsibility and sustainability are becoming increasingly embedded in our day-to-day operations. We focus on a broad range of solutions aimed at reducing environmental impact, both within our own organisation and in the products supplied and used by our customers. We continuously look for new ways to reduce the energy consumption of our business processes. We separate various residual and waste streams and, where possible, have these processed for recycling.

Society

We also focus on the social aspects of corporate social responsibility, including ethical conduct, integrity management, employee rights and working conditions. We have an internal code of conduct covering these areas. As part of our responsibility within the supply chain, we also engage with our suppliers on these topics. For assembly and packaging activities, we regularly work with social employment organisations in our local area. We do this not only because it enables us to respond flexibly, quickly and cost-effectively to our customers’ needs, but also because of our commitment to society. We believe society benefits when everyone has the opportunity to participate and no one is left on the sidelines. And our efforts do not stop there.

Innovation for futureproof installations

When developing new products, ATTEMA aims to create installation solutions that can be used for a long time and, where possible, reused. We are increasingly focusing our product range on solutions that support futureproof construction. ATTEMA’s plug-in products and systems fit within the concept of electrical installations that can be adapted, either directly or with only minor modifications, to the needs of both current and future building users. We are able to respond quickly and flexibly with customised solutions for customers, prefabricated solutions and supply chain collaboration. In this way, ATTEMA continues to develop innovative ideas for a changing world.
