In order to devise a reliable, efficient and high-quality concept for the electrical installations, Unica Building Projects contacted partner companies Attema and Isolectra at a very early stage. “Our joint approach has led to a complete pluggable system including cable boxes, hollow wall boxes, power cables, lighting, sun blinds and medical earthing,” says Robert Woudenberg, installation and construction sales manager at Attema. “All Wieland chassis parts, power cables and plugs are already pre-assembled and extensively tested in the Attema cable boxes and hollow wall boxes. In addition, minimal product variations have been chosen. All configurations were thought out in advance, so that the technicians on site could connect the systems in no time.”

The stationsquarter in Veenendaal is undergoing significant developments, with the outdated industrial areas making way for a lively new residential area with a varied range of homes and apartments. As part of this project, Industrielaan 2 to 10 is located, where contractor KUDO BV is currently realizing three apartment complexes with a total of 154 apartments. The 'De Verbinding' and 'De Snip' complexes have already been completed, while construction of the Taxi-building, with 71 apartments, started in February last year. WB Installation was engaged by KUDO BV to carry out all electrical installations in this apartment complex, from wall sockets, switches and light points to fire controls and solar panels. For these installations, all switching materials are fitted into the new U50 flush-mounted boxes from Attema.

An efficient collaboration between Van den Nagel Modular Construction, Elektrend, Attema and RKwadraat technical assembly has resulted in the successful installation of 90 comfortable and functional residential units in Zeewolde. The prefabrication and assembly process took only a few months. Attema's Install 2.0 concept includes all electrical technology in the homes, including Click-mate NXT distribution boxes, AK2 cable boxes, fire-resistant hollow wall boxes, lighting points, smoke detectors, internet connections and power supply for electric heating, as well as all necessary connecting cables.

With the construction of modular timber frame residential care homes, timber builders can quickly deliver a tailor-made home including installations. Dozens of informal care homes will also be completed this year, for which Greenwinner will provide the complete installation package. From heating, cooling and ventilation to cold/hot tap water, PV panels, energy storage and electrical facilities. For the latter category, the sustainable installer from Schijndel resolutely opted for Attema's Installation 2.0 concept.

When realizing the Inntel Hotels The Hague Marina Beach on the Northern Harbor Head in Scheveningen, installer HOMIJ Technical Installations opted for plug-in, wire- and battery-free installation. This advanced concept, supported by Attema cable boxes, offers seamless implementation with minimal failure costs.
