In precast concrete production, prefabricated garages, prefabricated bathrooms and concrete living modules are manufactured industrially and to exact dimensions. Precise advance planning, controlled production conditions and pre-assembled components result in short assembly times and lower costs. Electrical installations must be planned, secured and integrated with the same precision to ensure the quality of the finished product.

  • Precast concrete garages using the Flat 45 system

    The Flat 45 system was developed specifically for the construction of precast concrete garages. The electrical installation boxes, which are usually integrated into the reinforcement cage, can be positioned on the reinforcement using the Flat 45 fixing and support elements and securely fastened with tie wires. To do this, the fixing and support elements can be easily snapped onto the rear of the Flat 45 system boxes using the tried-and-tested KAISER push-button connection.

  • Wallbox installation in precast concrete garages

    When used in conjunction with the Ø 32 mm pipe transition coupling, the Flat 45 one-gang junction box can be adapted for use as a wallbox outlet box. This means that factory-built garage modules can be prepared in advance for the future connection of a wallbox. Thanks to the pipe entry options on the long sides, it is also possible to connect a network cable without any problems, enabling the wallbox, for example, to communicate with the PV system and charge the electric car using solar power.

  • Precast concrete bathrooms

    The Flat 45 system also offers all the necessary features for the manufacture of precast concrete bathrooms. The consistent system depth of 45 mm allows it to be inserted for wall thicknesses from 50 mm upwards. Furthermore, all Flat 45 system boxes feature a variety of secure fixing options on both the front and rear sides for expanding dowels, rivets or threaded screws.

  • Plug-and-play solution for precast concrete bathrooms

    Plug-and-play is now standard for precast concrete bathrooms. This means that the complete wall tiles, sanitary fittings, supply and drainage pipework, as well as the electrical feed lines with sockets, switches, and ceiling and wall exits, are already integrated into the respective module.
