Products for the NE3 – outdoor use

  • Power distribution units NVt 48 & 96

The fibre-optic distribution box (Gf-NVt) is the distribution point for fibre-optic cables between the PoP and the house. It is designed for above-ground distribution, as it is weatherproof. It allows for subsequent splicing work to be carried out without the need for groundworks. Furthermore, the subsequent blowing in of branch cables is not a problem.

    • Suitable for use in point-to-point and PON (Passive Optical Network) networks
    • Ideal for above-ground distribution of fibre-optic networks
    • Inserts compatible with 4 mm and 8 mm splice cassettes
    • Optionally available in 60 or 120 versions View products
  • Supply sleeve

The supply sleeve is used for the underground branching of cable and pipe systems in combination with the KAISER GROUP’s splice housing (FMP). Care has been taken to design the supply sleeve in such a way as to provide the greatest possible benefit to the customer. All fibre splice distribution housings (FMP) from the KAISER GROUP are compatible and can be fitted into the housing cover in a dust- and watertight manner.

Furthermore, the feed-through sleeve has an IP68 protection rating and protects the fibre-optic splice connections against dirt and water ingress.
Thanks to the integrated locating function in the housing cover, it can also be located quickly at any time.
  • Hood-type (MFD) and repair sleeves (CFD)

The hooded splice closure (MFD) is suitable for underground installation and is ideal for connecting or extending FTTB/H networks in rural expansion areas where, compared to urban environments, few subscriber connections are provided over long distances.
The repair sleeve (CFD) is a tried-and-tested, robust solution that allows fibre-optic connection and customer cables laid directly underground to be conveniently and quickly connected, extended or repaired, both above and below ground.

Products for the NE4 – indoor use

  • Gf-GV FlexBox Connect

The Gf-GV FlexBox Connect offers maximum flexibility for installations in blocks of flats and commercial buildings.

Thanks to its modular design, installers can tailor the FlexBox’s capacity and functionality precisely to the project’s requirements. Whether it’s a small installation or a larger project, the FlexBox Connect can be expanded at any time.

This adaptability means that the installation is future-proof and can be expanded quickly and easily as required – without the need for costly redesigns or additional distribution casings.
  • Building connection point HüP Gf-AP 16

The fibre-optic termination point is the end point of the fibre-optic line, acting as the transition to the building network. It provides mechanical protection for the splice connection and features a compact fibre termination unit for distributing the fibres to the couplings and residential units. The Gf-AP 16 fibre-optic termination point can also be used as a building or floor distributor.

    • Distribution of the incoming cable to several residential units
    • Connection of up to 16 residential units
    • Locked with a Torx screw or profiled half-cylinder
    • Labelling fields
    • Strain relief for conduits and cables
  • Fibre-optic subscriber connection (Gf-TA) – surface-mounted installation

The fibre-optic subscriber connection forms the termination point of the fibre-optic electric cable within the home. Thanks to the pre-assembled electric cable, available in seven different lengths, this variant offers an optimal solution for structured cabling at Layer 4.

    • Compact fibre-optic subscriber connection
    • Dimensions: 85 x 85 x 16 mm (L x W x H)
    • Colour similar to RAL 9003 Signal White
    • Ready for splicing with pre-assembled electric cable in 7 lengths (10 m, 15 m, 20 m, 25 m, 30 m, 50 m and 70 m)
    • High-quality G.657.A2 fibre-optic cable and BauPVo B2ca
    • Electric cable suitable for pulling and blowing
  • Fibre-optic subscriber connection (Gf-TA) – flush-mounting installation

The fibre-optic subscriber connection forms the termination point of the fibre-optic electric cable within the home. Thanks to the pre-assembled electric cable, available in 7 different lengths, this variant offers an optimal solution for structured cabling at Layer 4.
