Electrical installations in B¹ on-site mixed concrete
Boxes, housing and systems.
The on-site mixed concrete construction method is primarily used for large areas and components. Fresh concrete is poured into prepared formwork containing reinforcement and installation components, and the formwork is removed once the concrete has set. Boxes are simply nailed into wooden formwork, whilst in steel formwork they are fixed using expanding dowels, magnets or hot glue.
The KAISER system is universally applicable to all concreting methods and types of formwork. It enables precise planning and smooth fitting. Installation is carried out using empty conduits that form a closed system. All connections can be made toolless or using KAISER system tools, and guarantee stability and watertightness, ensuring that no foreign bodies or concrete can penetrate the system.
