For the safe installation of luminaires, motion detectors and many other devices in and on insulated external façades. Optimised for today’s insulation thicknesses, the telescopic products enable a wide range of applications in external façades with insulation thicknesses of 80 to 200 mm. The two conduit entries on the base support ensure a secure conduit connection, whilst the cable routing integrated into the carrier arm ensures quick and easy cable pull-in.
The new KAISER 90° wall and ceiling transitions for prefabricated and modular construction guarantee an air-tight seal at transition points and solve the problem of protruding electrical installation conduits. This ensures the smooth transport of wall elements or modules to the construction site and eliminates the need for the additional step of on-site sealing of the transition point. These innovative transitions, designed for front or rear installation of the conduit system in mass production, allow for flexible cable pull-in from both directions. The 90° bend and a secure catch mechanism that locks together with the wall connection element prevent abutting edges. Thanks to their multi-part design, they can be seamlessly integrated into modern manufacturing processes.
ThermoX® LED installation housing for the air-tight installation of fixed and swivelling LED built-in luminaires in various ceiling structures. The housing protects the surrounding material (moisture barrier foil, insulation, etc.) from high operating temperatures and protects the LED luminaire itself from contamination, whilst creating an air-tight closure. In combination with the thermal separation between the luminaire and the operating unit, this ensures maximum operating life.
With the O-range ECON® Universal 120 installation housing, KAISER offers maximum flexibility on site. In addition to wiring for an entire room unit, it also allows for the installation of various surface-mounted or flush-mounted installation accessories. Where necessary, the universal fixing and screw-on surface can be opened to the required dimensions, thus ensuring the neat installation of built-in luminaires, smoke detectors and much more. It is particularly easy to install thanks to toolless electric cable and conduit entries.
The ‘Schallschutz 68’ devices and one-gang junction boxes ensure the wall’s sound insulation thanks to their solid box body combined with the sound-absorbing surface on the base of the box. Even during opposing installations, the wall’s sound insulation function remains fully intact. The ease with which they can be opened to accommodate electric cables and conduits, together with the 68 mm installation opening, enables quick installation and straightforward retrofitting in existing electrical installations.
The new generation of KAISER fire protection boxes combines all the features of the HWD 68 and HWD 90. Furthermore, with their conduit entries, they cover all practical applications. Thanks to the tried-and-tested AFS technology, the HWD 68+ also guarantees a fire resistance duration of F30–F90 or EI30–EI90. The HWD 68+ also meets the fire resistance duration F30-B–F90-B in timber-frame and timber-panel construction, as well as in cross-laminated timber (CLT) construction. The HWD 68+ enables virtually unrestricted and universal electrical installation in fire protection walls.

The new EXPERT cutter is the ideal tool for creating installation openings in drywall walls where higher standards are required. Carbide teeth enable use in hard materials and guarantee maximum operating life. The high dimensional accuracy ensures the precise and professional installation of KAISER boxes.
Universal equipment carrier for combination inserts for the installation of entry-phones and installation accessories in insulated façades. The perfect base for intercom systems, sockets, switches and much more, as well as for 2- or 3-unit combinations.
With the new O-rangeECON® Data device connection box, KAISER offers unprecedented ease of installation for connecting and performing the installation of communications and network connection boxes. The innovative wire entries for data and network cables are positioned in such a way that the bend radii specified by the cable manufacturer can be easily adhered to, cable kinks are avoided and optimum data transmission is thus guaranteed. Whether performing the installation of a network connection box or installing a Keystone module, the new O-rangeECON® Data always offers optimum cable routing.
With the new O-rangeECON® 2 / 3 / 4 one-gang junction boxes, KAISER provides the perfect basis and thus a high level of convenience for the installation of all standard flush-mounted devices in multiple combinations. Thanks to their large installation opening without a central bridge, they simplify the wiring of multiple devices together and even allow the use of pre-wired flush-mounted installation accessories. Where different electrical circuits or power supply and communication connections are used within a single combination, the individual appliance mounting positions can be easily separated standardisedly using the insertable separator.

Electrical installations in timber-frame construction
- Fast construction time: Prefabrication of the walls and ceilings significantly reduces assembly time. The components are manufactured with exact fit, thereby minimising the need for rework.
- Energy efficiency: Air-tight construction and optimised insulation result in low heating costs, improve the indoor climate and meet modern energy standards such as KfW or Passive House standards.
- Flexibility: Open-plan layouts, variable room configurations and easy adaptation to changing needs make timber-frame construction particularly flexible, both for private residential buildings and for commercial projects.
- Sustainability: Timber is a renewable raw material that sequesters CO₂. Combined with eco-friendly insulation materials, this results in an environmentally friendly, sustainable construction method.
- Protective functions: Thermal, acoustic, moisture and fire protection are reliably ensured through the combination of timber, insulation and boarding. Modern fire protection systems and certified materials ensure safety throughout the building.
- Cavity wall boxes for timber construction: Specially developed boxes for insertion into timber studs and panels, ensuring both safety and easy installation.
- Electrical installation in cavity-panel construction: Safe and precise integration of the electrical infrastructure into prefabricated wall panels, which prevents installation errors and shortens construction time.
- Flexible planning: Socket systems, network connections and power distribution can be customised and expanded at a later date.
- Faster installation thanks to prefabricated elements
- Reduced on-site logistics and less dependence on weather conditions
- Energy-efficient building shells with optimised insulation values
- Integration of electrical, plumbing and ventilation systems at the factory
- Safety and compliance with standards: All installations meet the highest standards, including fire protection, EMC and standardised implementation for timber buildings.
- Future-proof technology: Smart building automation, networked systems and modern socket systems enable a future-proof infrastructure.
- Flexibility: Changes to room layouts or electrical plans can be implemented without any problems.
- Sustainability: Energy-efficient technology, durable materials and resource-conserving planning reduce operating costs and environmental impact.
- Faster, more efficient construction thanks to prefabrication
- Sustainable and energy-efficient building technology
- Precise integration of power, lighting and communications cables
- Flexible, customisable solutions for individual requirements
