The 48.5 mm extension element for precast concrete enables the automated positioning and fixing of overhead electrical installations in solid concrete walls and double concrete walls. The integrated slot for the system magnet (Art. no. 1299-69) or system magnet PLUS (Art. no. 1299-70) provides a secure, formwork-flush hold on horizontal steel formwork used in the continuous casting lines at concrete plants. At the same time, the tried-and-tested B² push-button connection ensures a secure connection to all B² one-gang junction boxes and B² extension elements, thereby enabling top-mounted installation in walls with a wall thickness of 100 mm or more.

HaloX® concrete installation housing (precast concrete)
For use in precast concrete production, the HaloX® system is designed as a single unit. Markings on the housing facilitate easy alignment on the formwork table. The housings, which come with a pre-fitted mineral fibreboard, can be simply glued in place and can still be rotated through 360° on the formwork table after gluing. For magnet attachment, housings with pre-fitted front parts to provide a slot for the magnet (Art. no. 1299-67) are available. Installation tolerances that may arise during the fitting of panel elements are compensated for by the housing size in conjunction with a variable cut-out area. Due to the compact dimensions of the housings, the reinforcement can be easily positioned around the housing. For luminaires or loudspeakers with greater installation depths ≧ 110 mm, the installation compartment of the HaloX® housings can be increased retrospectively on the in-situ concrete construction site using extension rings. The fitting of conduits on the in-situ concrete construction site is carried out toolless for conduits with a diameter of 20 / 25 mm, without the need to cut the conduits from the inside.
