    The new PROTECT® solid timber one-gang junction box has been specially developed to meet the requirements of installation in solid timber elements. Thanks to its rib fixing and innovative wire entries, it ensures optimal, standardised installation without the need for time-consuming additional milling in a solid timber element of visible-grade quality. The arrangement and design of the wire entries ensure flexible cable routing, thereby compensating for installation tolerances that arise when performing cable routing within the solid timber element. Furthermore, the PROTECT® solid timber one-gang junction box for fire protection maintains the fire resistance duration of the solid timber element from F30-B to F120-B without the need for additional encapsulation.

    Innovative wire entry
    The one-gang junction box for solid timber makes installation in solid timber walls significantly quicker, easier and more efficient thanks to its tabless clamping rib fastening. Thanks to the innovative wire entries, which allow for toolless installation, even misaligned drill holes for cable laying within the solid timber element can be effortlessly compensated for. This ensures a neat installation within the installation opening, even in exposed timber finishes.
    The centre-alignment ribs and the centre markings on the holding ring and on the first row of clamping ribs enable precise and convenient alignment of the Solid Wood One-Gang Junction Box within the installation opening without it becoming misaligned.

    Quick installation. With a secure fit.
    The ECON® Iso + one-gang junction box is the solution for electrical installations in wood fibre insulation boards. The box, which can also be retrofitted, features four swivels for secure anchoring in solid heat-insulating and plaster base boards. The elastic sealing membrane of the ECON® technology guarantees air tightness and allows conduits or electric cables to be inserted toolless. This enables switches, sockets, intercoms and much more to be installed permanently, securely and without thermal bridges.

    Reassignment possible.
    Sealing in fire protection walls or ceilings is required as soon as electric cables are routed through walls or ceilings with a specific fire resistance class. To maintain the fire resistance class, the opening must be professionally sealed off to prevent the spread of fire and smoke and to ensure the room separation.
    The electric cable and pipe seals ensure the necessary room separation by simply being pressed into the opening in the building element. No additional fire protection measures are required.
    The LS 90 electric cable seal and RS 90 pipe seal can be fitted retrospectively around electric cables and installation conduits that have already been installed.
