Power distribution unit consisting of distribution cabinet and splice distributor housing (FMB – Fibre Management Box). Removable front door provides quick access when needed. Lock with profile half cylinder secures against unauthorised access. Two-part design, 1/3 of the distributor is buried below ground level. Distribution cabinet made of stainless steel with 60–80 µm polyester powder coating. Overlength management of 6,300 mm of cable or conduit systems is carried out in the distribution cabinet via a pre-assembled cable and conduit guidance system. Stainless steel mounting wall for fixing the splice distributor housing (FMB). Network distributor complies with protection class IP65.
Splice distributor housing with cover (FMB) for providing a slot for up to 2x fibre optic main cables with a diameter of 4.5 to 8.3 mm and 2x additional break-out openings for diameters of 20/25 mm. 24x outputs with integrated strain relief and holder for individual pull-through sealing for fibre optic cables and microducts with a diameter of 3.0 to 8.0 mm. Cover plugs for unused outputs, dustproof and waterproof closing. Mounting rail for slots to hold up to 4x splice cassette holders. Splice cassette holders for up to 2x splice cassettes (12x fibre optic cables per splice cassette) with a height of 8 mm. Pre-mounted Velcro fastener tape for securing the splice cassettes. Storage for heat-shrink tubing splice protection. Accommodates up to 48x optical fibres and splices distributed across 4x splice cassettes.

Mains distributor (Gf-NVt)

The mains distributor by the KAISER GROUP is suitable for installation in streets or at crossroads. The advantage over underground distribution points is quick and easy access. Subsequent splicing, cable or conduit laying can be carried out without great effort. The splice distributor box with cover has the protection class IP65 and is protected against dust and water ingress.

Note

The construction of the net distributor is divided into two parts, one part of the distributor is buried in the ground and thus provides stability and support. The housing material used is a stainless steel with a 60 - 80 μm polyester powder coating. The overlength management of the cable or conduit systems of up to 6.30 m takes place in the main part of the distributor, the overlength is routed around the splice distributor box. Furthermore, fastening systems for the cable and conduit systems are pre-assembled. A device for universal locks (profile half-cylinder) is available. The distributor has a stainless mounting wall to mount all splice distributor boxes with cover (FMB) by the KAISER GROUP.
